Booking Policies

1) Prices listed are in U.S. dollars

2) Prices shown are for suites, which have a separate bedroom (queen size bed) and a living room with a queen sized sofa bed.

3) Prices are based on double occupancy, max allowable four adults per suite. Each additional adult = $20 extra per night. Teens 13-18 = $10 per night. Children 12 & under are free.

4) Our policy states: All reservations will need a 2 night deposit (unless prior arrangements have been made). If the reservation is within 45 days of occupancy date, full payment is due at time of booking.

5) All reservations must be confirmed by email or Fax: reservations@belizeanshores.com

6) Cancellation Policy: Belizean Shores requires at least 45 days notice in order to issue a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If providing less than 45 days notice of cancellation, a refund will be provided, less two night's deposit and $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after check in date will not be refunded.

7) A Minimum Stay of three nights is required for Low and High Seasons; Peak Seasons require a minimum of 6 Nights.

8) Group Policy: Belizean Shores customizes group packages case by case. Inquire directly at reservations@belizeanshores.com. Deposit will be required.
